Service Description

To be in your physical, mental & spiritual power is not to be forceful, manipulative, or aggressive. To be in your power is to be in alignment, is to trust that you are in the right place at the right time. To be in your power is to claim your joy! Deepen your practice and acknowledge your Power! This class is suitable for complete beginners and even for those who want to work at a beginners pace. Also suitable for those working with an injury or those wanting to gain further understanding of alignment and/or to go deeper in the foundational basics. Every Tuesday from 18:00 till 19:00
